POST-PLACEMENT REPORTS

God's Littest Angels and IBESR require that all adoptive parents keep us informed of your child's progress after the adoption is completed. GLA requires an update every 3 months for the first year and then yearly after the first year. We ask that the first post-placement report be done by a social worker, if possible. After the first report, reports can be done by the parents and sent to us via email.

IBESR requires yearly post-placement reports. Try to pick a time such as the child's birthday to help you remember the IBESR report. Download the English or French report, fill it out, sign it, attach 6 candid photos of your child, and email it to GLAHaiti or gla-updates@glahaiti.org. The report must be translated into French. If you do not have access to a French translator, we can have the report translated in Haiti.
