Donated Items

Throughout the year, we need a large variety of items for the nursery. It is often difficult to purchase these items in Haiti.

Adoptive Parents

God's Littlest Angels-Diapers and FormulaIf you are an adoptive parent coming to Haiti, we ask you to help us keep adoption costs down by donating one suitcase full of child care items to replace the ones used by your child while in the nursery. Baby lotion, shampoo, bar soap, powder, diapers, wipes, bibs, and small toys are some items that we use daily at the nursery.  See our list of Items Currently Needed below for more suggestions.

You should also bring diapers, lotion, shampoo, powder, diaper rash cream, scabies cream, clothing, bottles or cups, shoes, etc. for your child to use when you come to take your child home. Once your child is with you, GLA no longer provides these daily items.

Large Donated Items

As we start our building project, many items will be needed to complete the orphanage. If anyone has sources on discounted or free windows, doors, ceramic tiles, faucets, door knobs, toilets, wash basins (lavatories), sheets, blankets, soap dispensers, we would appreciate hearing from you. Keep watching this page for updates on what items are needed for the building project.
